Empowered Birth Coaching Package 3 Sessions

Private Hypnobirthing Sessions are available with Tonya Russell. Most clients book 3 or 6 sessions (depending on their stage of pregnancy) But one session may be just what you need if you want to clarify things ask questions about what you may have learned about hypnobirthing, to clarify things or if you want help clearing underlying fear and or anxiety. We can also use these sessions to create your own personal hypnobirthing guided relaxation.
In these sessions we work together to help clear fear and anxiety around birth to create an empowered birth experience.
We cover things like;
- Mind set and the importance of language
- Including the beliefs, stories, memories we hold around birth and the type of birth you might want and think you will have
- We explore the brain body connection and the idea that the brain is wired to birth
- We look at how fear affects birth and the tension/pain/fear cycle and ways to interrupt and change it so you can stay in your power
- Effective comfort techniques to help empower you through birth
- May include movement
- NLP & CBT techniques
- Affirmations (including how to not use them)
- Anchors (including essential oils)
- Breathwork and Relaxation techniques
