I was lucky enough to meet Tonya from the Yoga Circle when I was pregnant with my second child. After a very traumatic birth with baby number one I was very anxious about my pregnancy and birth and would often find myslef panicking about the "could be's". After discussing these concerns with Tonya she not only helped me physically prepare my body with yoga but also mentality using mindfulness and breathing techniques. I am proud to say that this helped my naturally birth my 9.1lb baby without any medical pain relief. I have also made lasting friendships with like minded mothers from my pregnancy yoga class.
