"I was really struggling with my thought processes. I knew something had to change as I felt I was unable to cope with my life. It was a dark place. I was aware of Tonya and her NLP work and I made contact. After the first session I felt lighter - she had shown me some coping strategies. After my second session I was floating - the black heaviness, the total emptiness - had gone. After the third session I had more coping strategies. I attended for my fourth session - I was early - I was smiling - I was happy. We talked through how much better I was feeling. We cancelled my session.
