  • Do you have a specific health goal? or an intention to eat differently this month, exercise more, drink less?
  • Or maybe it’s a financial goal that you are wanting to achieve and you intend to save more money or earn more?
  • A relationship where you are wanting to create change and maybe it is a relationship with yourself or others?
  • Or maybe spring fever has hit and you have an intention to declutter or set up a new habit?
