Refund & Credit Policy – Yoga Circle NZ

At Yoga Circle NZ, we value honesty and clarity in how we work with our community.

This Refund and Credit Policy outlines how refunds, credits, and cancellations are

managed for all classes, workshops, and programs.

When you join one of my programs, you are making a commitment to yourself as

well as to the group. Please read carefully before registering.

Workshops & Group Coaching

All sales are final once the program begins.
Because spaces are limited and resources are immediately available
(including live sessions, replays, and group access), refunds are not provided
for change of mind, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances (including
burnout, health, or energy challenges).
If you withdraw before the program begins, a refund (minus a $50 admin fee)
may be offered. After the start date, no refunds will be given.

Yoga Memberships

Memberships are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future
payments.

Bonuses & Complimentary Offers

Complimentary bonuses (such as yoga sessions, resources, or additional
workshops) are included as a gift and hold no monetary value. They are not
refundable or transferable.

I do understand that unexpected situations arise. While refunds are not offered once
a program has started, in exceptional cases I may offer a credit toward a future
program. This is discretionary.
