Inviting Openness into our Hearts

Today I finally got to meet the gorgeous yogini behind the beautiful ecomat that grace Yoga Circle floors.

I was also blessed to be in her class this morning as we practiced inviting openness into our hearts.

One of the many things I took from her session was to ” go within and follow your own self within your practice. Not to simply follow others. You only know yourself when you connect with yourself not when you follow” – Coka (Not her exact words….rather the meaning I took from them)

I know I say this A LOT in class but today I heard it in a different way.

And it was really quite beautiful.
